Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

About this parkrun

Easy free parking, nearly all tarmac and gravel path, road shoes all year. Nice gently undulating or flat fast course and a decent cafe.

Lovely :-)

Hard surface, single lap, plenty of space. Good quick course right by the A40 so while the park is nice it’s not an AONB!

Tarmac & Gravel, 1 lap, fairly flat. Narrow start means it can take a while to get across the line. Gorgeous park, with some off-course hills for a warm-up. Great crowd, lovely cafe. Loos. Recommended - I'd like to go back.

Currently my favourite parkrun, tarmac for most of it, a couple of sections on pretty compact gravel, small slope coming back, brilliant sprint finish, big finish area, very good people. Start is narrow but if you are honest where you place yourself not r

Enjoyed this muchly : mostly flat with a little variation - partly tarmac and partly compacted gravel and a bit of pavement. Encouraging and friendly locals (LindsD was in charge :) ). Obviously I made a snail! Fastest parkrun in a little while too!

lovely mounds and views

Absolutely lovely course, very friendly parkrun, wonderful cafe afterwards. And you don't have to do the hills if you don't want to (although if you have strava you SHOULD go and try to make a snail!)
Beware, you have to pay for parking.

Hidden gem of a pretty park right by the North Circular. Nice flat-ish one lap course with a terrific cafe

I'm an RD there and it's fab. Flat, fast, friendly, nice cafe. Parking is fine but paid for. Plenty of on-street parking around, though. One lap only.
