Jonny Recent training is starting to take some effect as I felt mucg stronger in the 2nd half. Legs didn't feel the hills as much. 3,59, 4.11, 4.05,4.12, 3.49.

MarkC I'm gonna give it some bliddy hammer. UPDATE: A PB by almost 30 seconds, very satisfied with this. Now well within striking distance of sub-20. Good to see Rach and Gobi, as always, and to meet Jonny, owlman and hullscholes. I will be back but probably not till March :) Great event and thanks to all those who make it happen.

Rach E Identical time to last week. Reasonably happy, but very muddy today and couldn't go any faster. Would like to start consistently breaking 18 soon now knee is nearly better post bike accident. First lady, third overall.
