Jock Itch 2nd win at NHTT ! :) Enjoyed. Held onto leader for first mile then pushed on, eased off in last mile when saw comfortable lead.

Blister Arrived 10 mins before start, no warm up and felt like sh*t! Should have run slower but forgot that I'm not fit and ended up feeling like deaf after about a mile, cold was still pretty bad that day, my HR was way higher than it should be for that pace too.

Mr. K. Maybe the legs were a bit stiff from the 14 miler on Friday, maybe in was the Santa suit that slowed me down, maybe still feeling the effects of a cold.....maybe I just need to run faster!!! Good race & nice turnout
