thorneygeoff Superb race in all respects - well done to the marshals and organisers. Pity about the inconsiderate driver who caused one of our runners to sprain his ankle on the hill at 10 miles

Trehis Another race completed as a quick training run, mainly into a strong wind for most of the first half of this race, started really slowly increasing the pace little by little and then attempting to maintain a comfrtable fast pace.
Two hills at 6 and 10 miles slowed me and a blister slowed me for the last mile and a bit as I altered my running style for it.
Very good run that I'm totally pleased with and a 25th place finish.
1.14 was the winning time.
