brotherjohn All a bit of a mess and wasted effort as they balls up the making out of the course, they say it was 9.6k now, but I think that's overdoing it a bit. Anyway, I ran very well in cold and windy conditions and also got first M50 and 16th, not bad in a good quality field. The adjusted time they have given for me is 34:54, so that's what I will put on here, but i think it was a bit quicker than that, gets me back over 90% WAVA anyway:-)

RichardNathan Great time for me considering the lack of training and much faster than last year, although apparently the race was short so prob not reflective of a proper 10k. Placed 94/342. Course was different to last year, pretty flat with 2 short inclines around 6/7 km. Started to get a bit nackered around 8 kms. Windy and cold day but sunny. Would be interesting to know how long the course actually was.

Charlty My Garmin measured 5.98 miles so adjusted time based on the organisers 9.6km is about right. Added my adjusted chip time here. Although this is a PB, it won't really count for me!
