Narrow Feet Good race, crowded at the start, but saved me from going off too fast up the hill. Felt good all the way round and had enough left for a sprint finish. Pleased with the time as it's a PB. Sub-40's looking a possibility now. Need to find another 10k soon. Really feeling the benefits of long interval training.

NotCat Felt good but was 34 seconds slower than last year. Can only think it was because I was racing alone from 3.5 miles and last year I had a ding dong battle with a clubmate from 3 onwards
