Agent Orange Going for a PB on basis of good build up so far... After a couple of weeks of freezing weather it was a perfect running day. Ran 47.37 on the watch (plus obviously 12 secs to get across the line). 23.44 for the first half. 23.53 for the second. Pleased that I managed a pretty even pace. guns Went to set a new pb (prev 51:04 back in august) but training going well so expected to go sub 50. Race went well, and achieved a pb of 48:34 so chuffed to bits! flat fast course helped!!
