Agent Orange Going for a PB on basis of good build up so far... After a couple of weeks of freezing weather it was a perfect running day. Ran 47.37 on the watch (plus obviously 12 secs to get across the line). 23.44 for the first half. 23.53 for the second. Pleased that I managed a pretty even pace.
