Caterpillar Bit of a hangover. Was not sure I would get round without redecorating some part of Marlow. But in the end a bit of breeze hurtling through my brain was just what the doctor ordered.

Footpad As usual an impeccable race organised by the Handy Cross Runners. Close to 1400 runners apparently! Start area all set up as normal with baggage vans and the park loos. Nice warm up along the river. Start a bit cramped but they try to segregate the runners by times and it seems to work. Course is twisty and turny with one hill which is not too bad at 3 mile point. Then fast to the finish back in the park. Announcer was doing a good job. Great goody bag and a HUGE medal. This is definitley one to do again and again :-)
