RunningBob Not a fast 5k so no chance of pb. Nice 5k course. First 1.5k downhill (1k split 2:57) then undulating back up. 4th for most of the way but lost it on the run in to end up 7th but 1 V40. Results at http://www.spectrumstriders.org.uk/races/lymm5k/2007/lymm5kresults2007.htm.

Homer Right then...tricky one. Just done a shock 5k PB - but I think I might - just might be able to beat it at Lymm. Touch and go - depends on the course but I am going to try. A proper gamble - do ya feel lucky??? And be warned - this is supposed to be a tough hilly course. UPDATE* have been warned about the hills - might not do it??? UPDATE********** NEW PB in 21:02 and feck me that was tougher than the soles of my worn out feet!!!!

SuperSpeedySteven Watch out for the two surprising hills! The start is the fastest i have experienced and can easily drag you into starting off too quick. Nice little run though.
