About this parkrun

A great, friendly parkrun, 2.5 laps on a mostly tarmac and flat course round a lake, just one grassy small incline.
Richard-M 22nd Dec 2018

Feels quite compact, due to lots of laps, and on the week we were there (late 2016?), a little bit of a muddy slope to contend with. A friendly post-run atmosphere in the pavilion of the nearby cricket club.

Strange course but I liked the uphill museum finish nice to visit after in the 'nicer' part of Luton run past the swings a lot.
Hills of Death (HOD) 22nd Mar 2019

four times up the slight hill then 3 big loops
JRuss 20th Nov 2019

Nice atmosphere. 3 and a half laps on tarmac except for the small muddy hill which you do 4 times. Pretty park. Some parking on streets around the area

excellent run
Geraldine carrie 30th Dec 2020

congested 4 lap course - means slower runners going long to avoid been taken out by faster runners & the finish crosses the course - almost carnage. Nice park there has to ve a better possible route with less laps ? walking distance from Luton town.
Foxy 3rd Jun 2023

Very friendly parkrun run mainly on tarmac paths.
Krispy 25th Dec 2023

A little narrow and twisty but fine
