Team Win Mixed feelings about race. Went through 1 mile in 5.22 which was far too quick but stayed about 20 metres behind a group of about 8-10 mostly Telford AC runners from 1-4 mile. Split for 4 mile was 23.32 which should have been good enough to finish in sub 29.29 for a PB but wheels came off a bit last mile until the last 400m. Finished 21st in 29.44 which is 15 seconds behind PB but gives me some hope that a PB over 5 mile is do-able.

dazzabat New PB but not by as much as I had hoped. Then again I wasn't expecting the two mile uphill drag to the finish so fairly pleased overall.
