Slider45 These are excellent races; well organised by friendly marshals. Not as fast as last time but not too far off the pace. Pleasant enough day and course still deceptively undulating...!

Tezle 5K is a little fast for me, although I do not wear any form of timer or pace monitor, if I did I think I could pick the pace up a little to beat my PB of 22:36, something to think about for the future. 10K I think will be my best distance. Note, a glique in the results, update shows i did beat my PB by 12 secs, well chuffed
