RYAN_M Attempting a PB over 10k in this one. Not sure if the speed is there over this distance but I'll give it a go!! :o) POST RACE - Im happy with this, done the 10k as part of my long run.... A Pb but not as good as I had originally hoped for.

Studio54 Felt good in first 2k then drifted off a bit in 3-5k but picked up pace and finished with noting left to negative split. 19:30 min first 5k to 19:19 second 5k.
