Slider45 Deadly fast race. Did the first mile in 4:52!! Far too fast and was suffering by 3k. Still, managed to hold it together and pb'd by 15s which I'm happy about.

andy from embsay Far steadier at the start than weeks 1 and 2, partly down to standing too far back. However I gradually reeled in several clubmates by the turn and even overtook my nemesis, Tom from Valley Striders who's beaten me by 1 place in 3 out of my last 4 races on the uphill. managed to hold it together til the finish and kept Tom behind me for a 1 second PB!

Dave W Exactly the same time as the last race. Exactly. To the second. Amazing or what. Still, means that they were both 2 minutes too slow, instead of just one of them.
