andy from embsay Far steadier at the start than weeks 1 and 2, partly down to standing too far back. However I gradually reeled in several clubmates by the turn and even overtook my nemesis, Tom from Valley Striders who's beaten me by 1 place in 3 out of my last 4 races on the uphill. managed to hold it together til the finish and kept Tom behind me for a 1 second PB!

Slider45 Deadly fast race. Did the first mile in 4:52!! Far too fast and was suffering by 3k. Still, managed to hold it together and pb'd by 15s which I'm happy about.
