Mainly tarmac with some bonus trail (and scenic views). Pretty flat, well marshalled, showers available for runners. Worth a visit!

Flat two (ish) laps on tarmac plus a short stretch of flat cycleway. Excellent facilities at Leisure Centre with discounts for parkrunners in the cafe. Bit congested when I did it so start well forward to earn the PB

Two laps on mostly tarmac paths, followed by an out and back with a bit of a slope back up to finish. Lovely views on a beautiful island. Very good cafe and facilities.

Tarmac loop and a half of Quennevais playing fields then out and on the railway walk gravel. Flat and fast, always a good turnout but not congested

A cracking parkrun. 2 loops of the playing fields then up and down some trails. Bit undulating but nothing hard. Friendly event, and the cafe after is decent at the sports centre. Bloody hot when we did it!

A fun flat two runner. However the highight for me was actually getting there were I ran along the coast from St Helier - I would thoroughly recommend the early morning run from there!
