About this parkrun

2 and a bit laps, a tad busy in places, but probably the quickest course in the north

Fantastic park run a flat surface of which you run twice around the lake and through the animal park.

Flat wide paths made for a speedy run for me. PB time. Lovely place and volunteers.

This is a lovely route around the lake, passing the small animal park. Exposed on a windy day but the views make up for that.

Lovely fast course and nice event, gets quite busy but has a nice wide start. Coffee shop and parking close by.

Lovely flat and fast course with wide paths for overtaking if needed. Plenty of free parking and toilets available.

Really nice course - flat, wide paths and lots of things to look at. A bit windy in parts but definitely one I’d do again. Potential for fast times.
