About this parkrun
Two laps on narrow trails with a significant hill and a wooded section. No dogs or buggies allowed, narrow but not very busy.Goofee 9th Jan 2019
A lovely XC/Trail parkrun with plenty of slopes.

One big hill, a short out and back and fast technical descent done twice. Sub 25, get to the front as it is narrow. Can be muddy. Trail shoes any time of year. Parking on street is ok as not many runners. Really lovely course.
