About this parkrun

Half a mile walk from Hampstead Heath tube - a few stops on the Northern Line out of Euston. Toilets in the middle of the park were handy - about 1/4 Mike away. Rolling trail course. Bellsize park tube on return a mile from the finish.

Pretty hilly, mixed tarmac and packed footpaths underfoot. Imagine it can get quite slippy if it’s wet. Two laps. Close to Hampstead tube (Northern Line).

I ran this course on September 28, 2024 during a 5-day stopover in London. I do a weekly 5km hill run with average ascent of 80m, so I was prepared for this course. Trail shoes advised due to mud. I couldn't hear the start of the race.
