Boycie Tough race - made tougher by going off at a silly pace of 5.35/mile for the first 1.5 miles - combine that with a big hill and you have one buggered Boycie. Slowed a lot on the second and third laps to finish 81st in 37.55. Haven't finished that low in a race since I think Prestwold 10k inc BMAF when I think I was 69th having run 36.47. These standard of races really open your eyes, when you have guys running 14 and a half 5ks only finishing 15th! 3rd counter for the club behind Dan and Gregg. Should really have been 90s quicker :(
