About this parkrun

two anti-clockwise loops of a section of Gadebridge Park. On grass and tarmac, can be really muddy in winter, needs trial shoes. Quite a bit of elevation as well. Features a two-way underpass you run through 4 times.

trail shoes needed in winter. 2 laps with hilly bits. reverse the course once a month which is good. fast finish.

Tough two lap course around the parimeter of a couple of fields, very muddy and slippery inclines both up and down. Not much grip in winter even in trail shoes.

mix of tarmac and grass, but very muddy in winter. hilly all year. not an easy run but.
