olde english good fun, v well organised race ,the last 2k got me, pesky hills. marathon next then another crack at a sub 40 10k, noticed a bet on me, sorry! next time its in the bag.

SPKoF wow - no, really - WOW! I never ever thought that my 38:31 on a flat course 6 weeks after a marathon would ever get bettered, yet today, they day after a hard fell race, fueled by microwaved sweet and sour chicken I fluke a PB. Honestly - nobody is happier than me right now.

taulpaul Great race - everything seemed to fit into place, my best time for a little while so definitely feel like i'm getting there. A couple of hills on this two lap course made sure it wasn't gonna be too easy. Nice goody bag at the finish though. Came in position 110 out of 334 finishers.
