runFattyrun Going for a PB here hoping the wind stays away as it has coastal stretches. Was a very good time for me after some decent training building up to it but a horrid weather wise with hard rain and wind at the start then a very windy tough stretch down the cost for 4 miles. Good news is ti probably means I have a sub 2 hour in me in better conditions :-) Update! official time was 02:02:18 not 02:02:55 that my Garmin said so even better :-)

Whoever Course is completely flat :-) .... but in Lancashire we have wind and rain even in August. Interesting conditions - started dry, then heavy rain for first mile, with gusty winds the whole time and
