Tim of Fife BEDFORD 5KMS (BEDFORD HARRIERS) - 22.31 mins (Stopwatch Start to Finish) - 22.40 mins (Official Gun to Finish) - 149th of 383 finishers - Although the course was very pretty, I pushed way too hard in the second kilometre and knotted up quite badly towards the end. But just had enough for a PB. Rest day on Thursday. Then, back to the safety of the gym treadmills on Friday. (KM splits - 4.36 / 4.18 / 4.34 / 4.34 / 4.29)
