paulhalford Ran this as last 10km of a 15.5 mile run, having run to the race with Marts. Finished second. Better time than both last week's 10km and the track 5000m the day before so very encouraging after less than ideal preparation.

Vitalstatistix A PB by 48 seconds, the conditions were about as good as you could get - fairly windless and warm-ish - this is a really nice race and deserves lots of support.

Marts Was last 10k of a 21 mile long run. plan was to pace clubmate to sub 40. ok till 6k then he sent me on to try and pick up a team prize. finished twentieth. clubmate 39:41 and prize for 2nd team.

Gaubfar looking for second pb in 2 weeks, but not certain, maybe worth a little gamble... but i am going for it!!! UPDATE, Had an absolutely awful run, felt great at start, but then had no energy left in legs at 3km, really really disappointed as knew this was a faster course....
