About this parkrun
Start and finish by the north east corner of the east lake.A little lap around the west lake followed by a big lap incorporating most of the west lake and an undulating section through the woods.
Gravel, tarmac and mud.
Toilet and cafe. parking £1

Multi terrain undulating course. Last km is mostly downhill so a nice fast finish

One small loop and one big - not tarmac but reasonable underfoot - might be muddier with more rain. Plenty of parking and toilets. Overall, a nice course.

Great course, gravel paths. One small loop then one large loop then fast finsh. Now a parking charge, short walk from car park.
