dood Well I've paid for it but need to see if knee will let me run. This was a nice race - a little hilly in parts but slower than expected. Calf tightened up mid-way through but I held on to the end. Knee suffering now - no running for a week for me...

Runningheva After two weeks suffering a bad cold I was just pleased to finish this race. It's a very hilly finish, so I guess the time is not too bad.
