BigRedFace More of an ambitious target than a realistic prediction, but if you don't ask... Mixed feelings about this one - a big PB, but missed out on my target by seconds after a fall with 200m to go! Great route for an urban race and very friendly, but would have been nice to get a race specific prize.

sonicp Injured glu max has curtailed training. Best to support local race & enjoy (!?). Bonkers! Little training and still a decent time. Spoke to a Springfield Strider after who thought the course might have been 6.3 miles (slightly longer than 10k). Glu max slightly sore but bearable.
