toepointer First race back after 7 weeks of no proper training due to calf injury not fully healed. Maintained a fast jog all the way round, even so got tired in the last 3k with right calf stiffening up and had to slow down in case twanged it again. Finished in 1 piece and no grest stiffness afterwards so mission accomplished.
