Aberdeen based. Took up running for the first time in 2010, and created an incentive by signing up for the Loch Ness marathon, which I completed later that year. Not run that distance since, but have kept up the running, and keen to keep trying different challenges.
Took part in the @5x50challenge in 2012, running 5k every day for 50 days. The idea was that it would be habit forming - and it worked. I have only missed a few days since, and now run before work each day.
