About this parkrun
3 laps mainly on hard packed trail paths. Largely flat, fairly fast. Major pitch-point towards end of lap.Marvin 23rd Dec 2018
very flat fast 3 lapper on mostly road type surface. Narrow start and a few places to get stuck so seed appropriately
