Karate woman We made this a fun run for the group, but when you start it gets serious!! Bit congested through the woods as there were not enough places to safely overtake. Overall a good day but it was spoilt by the Joint age categories, which meant that the women did not stand a chance of winning anything, and that is not medal chasing it would just be nice to have had your efforts recognised. I was pleased for a friend of mine whom I came second to in our age category, only to find out she had lost it to the male in that age group.
