Marcus Should go quicker on this than Alsager, first evening race of the year! Ahem - I did go quicker, actually - in fact I was supersonic over the first 2 miles but then they are a little bit downhill. Lost the 6 min/mile pace after that and had a couple of tired miles in the middle but still a very enjoyable race on a truly lovely eveing.

pugheaven 1 Mile = 5:17 2 Mile = 5:28 (10:45) 3 Mile = 5:45 (16:31) 4 Mile = 5:53 (22:24) 5 Mile = 5:41 (28:05) Wan't even bothered about this. Did 5 mile warm up in 34 minutes, then raced, couldn't believe how good I felt :-)

Wheabs A very enjoyable race - didn't quite hit my prediction of 35:15 but did take 12 seconds off my previous best. This is the time taken from my watch - I'll update with the official time when it is realeased. Updated with the official time now (4 seconds slower than my watch time)
