Great flat 2.5 lapper. So close to the tube also!

fast and flat. tarmac paths though may have to run on grass due to number of runners

congested, issues with running on the cycle track made for a squashed run. some sharp bends, flatish

2.5 laps on smooth tarmac. Net downhill = fast course. Congested even at the front due lapping effect.

Fastest course in the area, smooth tarmac and no sharp corners. It's really popular so if you are fast expect a lot of overtaking. When I went they didn't have a keep left policy you in went you had to weave to get through the crowds.

2.5 laps of a triangular course, couple of sharp bends, entirely tarmac, very nearly almost flat with a very slight incline, PB potential!

A mile walk from Watford junction train station on the west coast main line. A lovely park & meeting point (I was warned in advance to avoid the cafe). Wide start quickly into bottleneck, 2 & 3/4 laps a bit disorganised in general - all Tarmac

The Roll Royce of Parkruns, huge start, 2.5 laps around lovely park, lots of places with loos and lots of bushes.

For coffee go to the Metro Station at Blooms Yard.
