smash This turned out ok - faster than I really expected, and it didn't rain.

PQ I haven't raced this distance so a pb guaranteed. Have done it in training in sub 25 but shin problems still lurking so not sure how this will go. 15/06/07 - Damn watch didn't work so I ran blindly not knowing what pace/time I was doing. Happy with my time as it's a pb against my time in training.
