Milancat 3rd race in a week for me plus a cricket match, don't think I'll do that again! Equalled PB! (annoying), legs were well heavy and felt like death, thanks to Steve72 (i think) for getting me round, that wind was a pain and had stopped by the time I got to shopping 10 mins later at Cheshire Oaks with the missus...
