mark41 a cold day and i started quite slowly then had a good pace but then felt terrible towards the end i stopped briefly but then picked up the paceagain.Found i had to slow down a bit at the end and i think i ran to quickly at the start of the race

Conny Dreadful race for me! My neighbour woke me up at 3:45am pissed as a fart asking for her spare key which I keep for her. Couldn't go back to sleep for hours. Then overslept. Did race on no breakfast and it was soooo cold. felt physically sick from 2k onwards. Should have DNS'd and stayed in bed!!!
