About this parkrun
Mostly flat, but 1 short sharp hill on a mixture of smooth tarmac paths and twisty woodland trail. Includes and out/back section. Not much car parking yet as works ongoing to improve. Cafe is about 500m from start/finish, does nice breakfastGroundhog 5th Mar 2019
A mixture of smooth tarmac and muddy paths, hard to choose shoes! Starts by lamppost 20 on the greenway and includes paths through the woods that are narrow and lumpy. Not very buggy friendly.

Really enjoyable trail run. Some elements Narrow but overall and enjoyable pleasant course. Parking is limited

Really nice course, a bit twisty and bumpy. Lots of tree roots to avoid but they were marked so you could see them. Very friendly event.

A mixture of nice tarmac type paths but with a vaguely bouncy feel and twisty woodland trail, a bit lumpy in places but nothing extreme

Loop through the trees, then out and back along a nice surface, then loop through the trees again. Park in nearby streets to avoid parking charge at the country park.
