Alopex Quick thrash round the park before going to Stamford Bridge. Would be good to record a 5K time for my burgeoning portfolio, but won't be setting any trees alight. Made hard work of that. Simply but superbly organised series of events. Over 400 runners of all shapes, sizes & ages. AND.... it's free! Wish I was more local.

funkin The plan was to aim is for sub-19, and be very happy with 18:45. I'm very happy with the end result. It was pretty tough today, especially the final straight - even though the wind (which was in my face most of the way round) was behind us on this
