Alopex Quick thrash round the park before going to Stamford Bridge. Would be good to record a 5K time for my burgeoning portfolio, but won't be setting any trees alight. Made hard work of that. Simply but superbly organised series of events. Over 400 runners of all shapes, sizes & ages. AND.... it's free! Wish I was more local.

DIY Diva waiting for the email but by my watch 24:16 a new PB for me, whoppee. Must be down to intense heat rather than altitude training (recent Paris Marathon) and CORE training (half an M&S madeira cake the night before).

funkin The plan was to aim is for sub-19, and be very happy with 18:45. I'm very happy with the end result. It was pretty tough today, especially the final straight - even though the wind (which was in my face most of the way round) was behind us on this

GAZGIB An improvement on January's time which was good as my daughter was only just over a minute behind me. She was the 1st JW14, not bad for a 10 year old.

Kirsty Not quite so speedy as I hoped and nowhere near Greg's fab time (or Andrew's) but I am happy as it's still a new pb. Specially as it's my first bptt pb without a pacer for about 2 years!
