Pricey Late night before the race, no taper & warm conditions: quite pleased with time as considering. Couldn't dig deep enough in the second lap but satisfied with 3rd place. Well done Ally on 2nd.

Ally2 splits 1mile 5:26, 5mile 27:32, 6 33:06 7mile 38:42, 8 44:26. 9; 49:59- lead pack of 3 for first 6 miles then just Payne and me until I got dropped at mile 8- last 2 miles were tough. Wam day but held it together really well. Pleased with 84 sec PB and 2nd place (13 secs behind winner). Good to meet Stephen Price properly and good run mate.
