Burton 10 30:52 at half way, kept it up til losing my head AGAIN at 9 miles...worrying i wouldn't make it in!!! only lasted half a mile but probably cost me 20- 30 sec. never mind, bloody good really in serious heat...hinckly half 2008 mark 2:-)
