GAZGIB Both legs were heavy, but ran well from 3-8. Piriformis started to bite and the second half was a bit slower. Reasonably pleased with beating expected 2hrs.

Jonny Another poor run, but expected. Need to do some serious endurance training. The speed seems to be there but cannot sustain it for more than 5 miles.

Kieren A very challenging course in my opinion. Although nearly everyone I spoke to at the finish PB'd suggesting a fast course I find this really difficult as it has lots of little hills so you can't focus on a sumit for the climb or indeed make up much ground on the decent. Trialing a Polar HRM & tended to try & stay in what I thought was a good zone rather than listen to my body. In hindsight this was a mistake. A new PB but given all the extra training I've been doing lately I was expecting to crack the 90 minute mark. My goal of an 85 minute Windsor Half-Marathon is not looking quite so realistic now
