EvilPixie Damn that was cold!! OK so that is a slow 10m time but it is a massive PB for me by 11mins - last PB was at the GSR which is dead flat too!! So despite the cold and awful training I was really happy! Brilliant race, well organised and marshalled!

Waveydavey I always try to beat 70 minutes at this and am always disappointed. Basically it's too soon after my winter break. It's a nice race though. I particularly like the bit where I get to stop running and the 20-milers keep going!
