Torbay Despite the awful weather forcast the rain held off and we were left with cold blustery winds. I was not expecting such a hilly course it was quite hard work at times. Plenty of water stops and loads of volunteers and marshals it was well organised. At mile 10 watch said 1.25 thought i would bag a pb but mile 11 and 12 quite hilly mile 13 vertical apart from the last 30yards to the finish so missed out by about 29 seconds.

Oscar the Grouch Hilly - check. Windy - check. Big old PB - also check!! :-) Shouldn't have been a PB course but smashed mine by 9 minutes. Actually enjoyed the course - very challenging. Wouldn't have wanted this to be my first one!!
