R.I.C.O. A load of crap. Did very little preparation leading up to this as I had a rock-hard exam earlier in the day, tanked up on coffee to see me through the exam and therefore felt like shit. Will be aiming for sub 16mins next time.

pudding monster really pleased. think I could actually have gone 5 to 10s faster if I had really worked the last few hundred metres. my apologies to the Bournville runner I cut up overtaking at the start of the second lap. my misjudgement.
