About this parkrun

Two laps around Bedfont Lakes Country Park; one shorter lap and one slightly longer. Use Bedfont Road Car park, hard parked gravel paths, slightly undulating. Closest parkrun to Heathrow.

Two laps on compacted gravel paths, can be a lot of puddles, undulating.

2 laps on hard packed trail, pretty wide. Minor undulations. I like this one but often hear people complain that the course is exposed, puddly, hilly. Don’t see it myself. Well worth a visit.

2 laps on gravel tracks. The first part of each lap has a couple of small hills, then flat for the rest. Nice park by the lakes, can be a bit muddy with puddles when wet. Free parking, Bedfont Rd is 10 mins from the start Road shoes ok

Lovely 2 lap off road run, couple of sliggt inclines and the odd puddle. This was my 1st parkrun and still one of my favourites. Free parking nearby.

Great two laps off road on a gravel type path. Few undulations and has lots of puddles and can be very muddy in the winter. Two car parks near the start...

2 laps, gravel paths. Picturesque country park. Couple of tiny bumps, and gets very puddle when it's been wet. Cheeky extra bit on the second lap round the lake just when you think you're nearly home. Car park is 0.5km from the start.

Ran this one on a cold and misty morning. Mist swirling around the frozen lakes, absolutely beautiful.

2 laps of gravel paths in a lovely park with lakes. A tiny bit undulating and the new route has a slight climb to the finish but otherwise a lovely course
