Debstir Wasn't go to go this morning. Then went, and decided not to 'race' it. So a bit surprised - and happy - to see 52 minutes on my Garmin. I had erred on the side of caution starting and stopping the Garmin, chip time is 51:58 :)

RunDMc Quite enjoyed that once I realised knee wasn't going to give me grief. Last 8KM in 42 min, which is somewhere approaching where I want to get back to. Lovely day, very well organised as ever. Must remember next year that it's hillier than I give it credit for.
