philinstone with my long x-socks on my shins and calves feel a lot warmer during the race...the Aylesbury course -3 laps of an undulating town centre course - I would call hilly in places...hoorah!!! a good race...

Rach E 2nd lady. Ran has hard as I could but legs still fecked from long run and yesterday. Couldn't have run any faster cos my legs were like lead but finished relatively aerobically fresh which bodes very well :-) One second quicker than last year...!
